Unfortunately, the current South Korean law fails to protect the victims of revenge porn. According to politician Kim Kyung Jinon MBC's 'Section TV', "Currently, there's no way of punishing the person who leaked private videos (if both people agreed to film it). So we're working to reform the law so that a person can get a minimum of 3 years in prisonfor just leaking the videos."
