Miss Kim, the fanclub�president for popular ballad singer 'K', has been found guilty of fraud.
From July 2015 to August 2016, Miss Kim stole 150 million KRW (approximately 135,000 USD) by telling 80�fanclub�members that she would get tickets for them. After this, she pretended that the ticket purchase hadn't gone well and blamed it on the label.�

When the police started investigations on the center, she paid Mr. Kang to create a fake culprit for her and paid him 55 million KRW (50,000 USD). He set up a Mr. Hwang as the fake culprit, but all three were caught.�
Miss Kim has been found guilty of fraud, avoiding culpability, and defamation. She has been sentenced to 160 hours of community service along with 3 years of probation with a year and four months of prison sentence if broken.
