The dating news was revealed to be false after all, however, Sungjae, his group BTOB, Jooeun, and her group DIA managed to take over real-time search engines and make multiple headlines.
Seeing how the idol stars and their groups have become hot issues with the dating rumors, netizens are accusing MBK Entertainment of using the issue for noise marketing.
It's claimed that MBK used a popular male idol star to attract attention to the girl group DIA, who recently made their comeback.

Meanwhile, Sungjae has also indirectly brought up the issue on a Naver V live broadcast and strongly denied the rumors. Netizens are now well convinced the dating news is completely false.
