On August 13 KST, NCT shared a moving teaser that allegedly introduces their new logo for a comeback. Since the teaser does not state the name of the unit, fans are now guessing that the logo might be the sign of an entirely new unit. With 5 circles forming on a straight line with 7 dots, many 'NCTzens' expect that the circles might relate to the number of Chinese members in the group.

hear me out. there are 5 circles and 7 dots. 5 circles (and dots on them) could represent current chinese members: winwin, renjun, kun, chenle, and lucas while the other two dots that are not on the circles could represent two of the NEW smrookies (why they arent on a circle)
