Prosecutors are seeking jail time for C Jamm.

C Jamm is currently under investigation for marijuana and ecstasy usage. Prosecutors are demanding 2 years of prison time along with 16.45 million KRW in fines (approximately 14,700 USD). The prosecutors took into account that he repeatedly took the drugs, but also that he was sincerely regretting his actions and that it was his first offense.
C Jamm admitted to the accusations and said, "I'll make sure this never happens again. I am sorry to my parents." His lawyer said, "He has admitted to his charges from the beginning and is looking back on his actions. Even before he was arrested, he had sought out rehabilitation programs by himself."
His trial will take place on August 10.
