ONF's Laun revealed he went on a strict diet before their comeback.
The boys held their comeback showcase for 'You Complete Me' on June 7, and he said, "I lost 7 kg (approximately 15.5 lb). When I would monitor myself, I was disappointed that I looked chubby. I wanted to look good for our fans, so I went on a diet."
He then added, "If it weren't for J-Us hyung, who worked out with me, I would have given up without being able to complete it. I'll keep working out hard with J-Us hyung and maintain this weight."
The boys are coming back later tonight at 6PM KST with their 2nd mini-album 'You Complete Me', and title song "Complete".
