To Sports Kyunghyang, an insider associated with the Japanconcerts revealed, "Originally, Wanna One was in talks of holding a show on June 6 and the topic was discussed among the Japan concert associates. However, they were concernedthat performing (in Japan) on Korea's Memorial Day (June 6) might upset the public, similar to (the issues involving) concerts in Japan on the National Liberation Day of Korea (August 15), so Japan has been removed from the tour."
A rep of CJ E&Malso commented, "I believe Japan has been removed due to schedule and other issues" and said, "Chances of Japan being added to the tour are very slim," as the tour schedule has been finalized in January.
