Back in November 2016. 'A' claims she had dinner with Kim Heung Kook and several others. Kim Heung Kook reportedly forced her to drink to the point where she lost consciousness, and when she woke up, she found herself naked in a bed next to Kim Heung Kook.
'A' stated, "I had a severe headache so I woke up in the middle of the night and Kim Heung Kook was sleeping next to me. There were no clothes."
Following the incident, the woman says Kim Heung Kook told her, "There's no way you don't remember. That's an excuse. You walked on your own. This will only harm you if you make it a big deal."
Meanwhile, Kim Heung Kook's side claimed innocence and denied all accusations. To Newsen, his agency stated, "He does know the woman but there was no sexual harassment/assault. We have evidence so we plan to submit that tomorrow or the day after tomorrow and make an official announcement. Legal action will also take place."
