The March 7 airing of KBS 2TV's 'Mr. House Husband' welcomed the newlyweds as the new members. On the same day, it was announced that Mina and Ryu Phillip have registered for marriage earlier this year.
After decorating the lawn of their newlywed home, Mina commented, "Who knew such a day would come? I'm married." She added, "It's awkward. Being a married woman. I've always thought that I need to get married someday. I told myself that I would before I turn 40 but when I telling myself that, I was still young."

Mina then said to Phillip, "It was 2-3 years ago when we first met. That was before I was in my mid-40s and now I'm about to enter my late-40s, so I wondered if I should just let you go..."
Hearing this, Ryu Phillip responded, "I've never thought about breaking up. But I wondered if marriage is necessary. We were never really serious (about it) you know. We never talked about having kids. You said you didn't want any babies."
Mina replied, "I was just checking your reaction. I wanted to see if you would still like me even if I don't have kids. But now I do want them."
