'Produce 48' has revealed some details... and netizens are confused.
Insiders have revealed that there will be a total of 96 trainees - 48 from Korea and 48 from Japan. However, the Korean trainees will only be up against the other Korean trainees, while the Japanese trainees will only be up against the other Japanese trainees. The final team will be made of the top 6 Korean trainees and top 6 Japanese trainees, and therefore will include 12 members.
