Upon making a successful comeback after 1 year since "Love Battery", trot singer Hong Jin Young held a showcase for her�new single album 'Good Bye' in Seoul on February 7.
When asked how she felt about the competitive comebacks in February, including BoA, Hyorin, Seventeen, and Wanna One, she commented, "The genres are different. I'll continue to charge ahead."
Furthermore, Hong Jin Young's new track "Good Bye" is a retro-trot genre, which is a different sound from her previous albums.� Lyricist Kim Eana who also composed Brown Eyed Girls' hit song "Abracadabra," wrote the lyrics for "Good Bye" making it her first attempt in the trot genre.
As for Hong Jin Young's attire to the show, she completed the vintage look by letting down her long hair wearing a lavender-colored headband and matching one piece.�She explained, "I wanted to illustrate a more retro feel."
