On the January 4 episode of tvN's 'Livin' the Double Life', CL, Taeyang, and Oh Hyuk went on a New Year's trip together. As New Year's also means tteokguk time in Korea, CL cooked tteokguk for fellow YG artists. 

While enjoying the bowl of tteokguk, Taeyang recalled a past memory and said, "Long time ago when I lived in the studio every day because my album wouldn't come out, both of us didn't go home and I remember Chaerin made tteokguk for us." CL replied, "That was about 9 years ago."

Dara, who was watching the footage from the studio, commented, "Big Bang and 2NE1's dorms used to be in the same apartment building so we used to meet often." She then added, "If I watch something like this by myself at home, I would cry."

In the interview, CL said, "I didn't think oppa will remember but I was surprised that he did."
