In the clip, fans can be heard shouting and complaining, "Do your job! Let us in! Why are you cutting off the line front of us? What're you trying to do?!� F*ck! It's snowing! This is crazy! If you have a mouth, say something!"




Upon seeing this, netizens criticized some of ARMYs behaviors by saying, "This isn't a way anyone should behave", "I heard they were trying blame EXO-Ls for this", "Why are fans trying to cover this up? This is embarrassing", "What I want to ask them is what is the point of bringing up other fandoms and idols to express your frustration?", and much more.
