KARD got inspiration from an old-school co-ed group Roo'ra on 'Immortal Song'.
On the January 13th Lee Gun Woo special, KARD were the first ones to perform with their cover of the 1995 pop hit "Angel Without Wings" by Roo'ra. Both groups have the same amount of male and female members, so it wasn't hard for the audience to reminisce back to the '90s.
Their fellow competitors in the waiting room said, "I think they perfectly pulled off the difficult rap and dancing. They even did the choreography points in their own modern, trendy way. They have good energy."

Despite KARD's impressive performance, they lost the round to Boom, and it was GB9 who took the final win.
