VIXX's Ravi says he's preparing for his mix tape to be released at the start of the new year

Taking on the concept of 'La Vida Loca', the rapper showed off his distinct fashion sense posing for the January issue.

During an interview, Ravi discussed on creating his own producing crew, 'GROOVL1N', and said,�"I wanted to make music on a wider spectrum. And I wanted to work more efficiently. There are 3 producers in total including myself and 2 DJs. Depending on the song, we either collaborate or work independently. The producers also get together to discuss and create songs in advance."

Regarding the recent unexpected new release "Alcohol", Ravi commented, "My goal is to release my mixtape beginning of the new year,"��and revealed, "I wanted to show that 'I have unique colors as well.'"

When asked what the difference was performing as solo Ravi, VIXX LR, and 'GROOVL1N's Ravi, the idol star responded, "I would say solo Ravi stands out too much to fit into VIXX's structure."

He continued, "As for VIXX's Ravi and VIXX's LR, it's as if I'm role-playing, working to create a character called Ravi. There's more flexibility in performing solo. Fortunately, I don't have to mind what others think and freely express how I want�to through music and perform on stage."
