J.Y. Park shares what he regrets the most in his life during a lecture for the trainees on 'Stray Kids'

On the November 14 episode, J.Y. Park gathered the�JYP Entertainment�trainees in a room for a "special training" session, where he discussed�the important qualities one needs to remember.�

The producer stated the top 3 qualities they need to have are honesty, faithfulness, and modesty.�

While in talks about faithfulness, J.Y. Park revealed, "The thing I regret the most in my life is that I used to smoke. I believe other bad experiences have allowed me to earn something from it but smoking was nothing but a loss."

He continued, "I really want to dance well. You know, it's the end when you want to do certain moves but your body doesn't keep up. We have to express with our bodies. If our body is not in its best condition, then we don't have a way to express ourselves." J.Y. Park emphasized, "You really need to take good care of your body."
