On the first episode of JTBC's 'Call My Name' which aired on October 10, MCs Kim Kook Jin, Noh Hong Chul, and Han Hye Jin sat down with 8 people with the same name of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and discussed the struggles of having the 'unique' name.
While listening to their stories, Han Hye Jin talked about her own experience and said, "I started to always add 'model' in front of my name." She continued, "There are a lot of famous figures with the name Han Hye Jin. Actress Han Hye Jin is one of them. One time, actress Han Hye Jin's pay was deposited to my account."
She explained, "One day, a magazine company called me and asked to refund them their money. I was so startled and asked why, and they told me that the money that was supposed to go to actress Han Hye Jin actually came to me. I was thinking it was bizarre because I received a lot more than I had expected. It was startling how they gave and took it away from me like that but I had no choice but to refund."
