The article's title reads, "Highlight, 'Can Be Better' scores are shameful.. highest #5, lowest #35". In the body of the article, the reporter states, "According to chart rankings on October 18 at 11AM KST, Highlight's title track 'Can Be Better' from their new mini album 'Celebrate' ranked at its highest #5, and its lowest #35, on major domestic real-time charts... Compared to their previous music releases over the years, the score is on the level of shameful."
The reporter then went on to compare Highlight with BTOB, writing, "While Highlight are struggling, BTOB have taken up the #1 spot on 4 major domestic real-time charts with 'Missing You'."
The article continues to degrade Highlight's chart scores with, "The impact is too severe for Highlight to simply pass this score off like their song's title, 'Can Be Better'. This is because member Kikwang's solo album, released earlier this year, did not do so well on charts either."

Fans of Highlight, also known as Light, could not contain their anger toward the news report for blatantly belittling a single group by name, as well as for comparing the artist's scores with another. Some fans are also accusing Cube Entertainment of being behind the article.
The issue is not only infuriating Highlight fans; BTOB fans also found the comparison unnecessary and farfetched. Many Melody's expressed that they also felt pained at BTOB and Highlight being used in such a manner, and felt that BTOB would also feel ashamed if they saw this spiteful article.
