Earlier this year, a man who continuously posted sexually assaulting comments about Kulkyung since 'Produce 101' was selected as one of the winners to attend PRISTIN's fansign event. Prior to the fansigning, the man once again posted inappropriate comments and stated that he even prepared a 'sketchbook event' to confess his love for Kulkyung. The man's excessive and inappropriate portrayal of affection was perceived with danger, and the Pledis Entertainment CEO personally came to snatch the sketchbook away before the man could present it to Kyulkyung.

The same fan recently was denied entrance to HyunA's fansign. He was chosen in the lottery, but Cube Entertainment banned him from coming. While Cube Entertainment did not explain why, the organizers of the fansign said, "It is because there was a possibility he would cause the same issues as before, and was banned to protect the artist."
Afterward, the fan in question claimed that labels were sharing his personal information. While many fans agree that his actions were bad, the sharing of his personal information between labels (when they're not supposed to be) is also worrying fans.
The labels denied accusations that there was a 'blacklist' being shared among labels. Fans still suspect that even though there may not be an official list being shared, each label keeps note of fans whose actions are less than ideal at events, even if the events are not for their own artist. One label said, "We're not sharing personal information on fans through a blacklist. However, all labels continuously monitor bad-mannered fans for the sake of the safety of their artists. For fans who display similar actions to multiple celebrities, some may let others know for the sake of being careful."
