EXO's Kai told fans he ate a lot of chicken during his promotions.
He spoke with fans during a Naver V live on September 26, and he revealed, "I think during promotions, I'm only eating chicken every day. Still, my weight stayed the same as it was when I debuted at 63kg (139 lbs)." Kai added, "I've always maintained my weight at 64kg (141 lbs), but after working out, I went up to 67kg (147lbs 11oz)."
The EXO member then said he's tried hard to slim back down and expressed, "I wanted to look cool in front of fans, so I lost 3kg (6 lbs) again."
In other news, Kai is starring in the recently premiered KBS drama 'Andante'.
