'Weekly Chosun' is a current events magazine that is known for covering some of the most vital societal and political issues around the world. 

For the upcoming issue, Kang Daniel took the cover. It's reported that 'Weekly Chosun' also dedicated a column analyzing why women in their 30s-40s fell in love with the idol. As for the reason, it is behind a paywall and you have to pay for the full column.

According to Joongang Ilbo, it's uncommon for an idol star to be featured on the cover of 'Weekly Chosun'. Some of the famous figures who have been on the cover of 'Weekly Chosun' include President Moon Jae In and founder of the Hyundai group Jung Joo Young.

Netizens also reacted surprised, commenting, "I thought it was photoshopped but it was real. They were actually selling these at the bookstore."
