The Military Manpower Administration commented on JYJ Yoochun's new tattoo.
Yoochun was recently spotted with a tattoo of his fiancee's face on his left arm. The tattoo became controversial and Yoochun was heavily criticized as the tattoo was inked while he was completing his mandatory service.

SBS 'One Night of TV Entertainment' covered the issue on the August 29 episode. In an interview, a rep from Military Manpower Administration commented, "It can be threatening but it's not an issue with his service. However, it's true that it's not healthy behavior."
Yoochun has officially completed his service and has been discharged from his social worker duties on August 25.
