CNBLUE's Yonghwa made a guest appearance on the July 24 episode of JTBC's 'Abnormal Summit', bringing to the table a discussion about people in today's society who choose to live an isolated life, without making so many so-called 'connections'.
After revealing that he did not like to leave the house much, Yonghwa was asked what other celebrities around him also lived the isolated life, and Yonghwa answered, "I'm close with those types of [celebrities]. Like Lee Joon."
He continued, "That hyung never leaves the house. So when we call each other, we respect each other's distance. We never say to each other, 'Let's go eat.' If I ask, 'What are you doing today?', and he says, 'Oh, you know, just...', then I know to automatically say, 'Okay, then let's go eat next time'."
Yonghwa further stated that because he and Lee Joon understand each other, they never have bad feelings if one rejects the offer to eat out, despite the MCs' teasing. Furthermore, when the MCs pestered Yonghwa about his hobbies, Yonghwa said that he doesn't need to go shopping because he never goes out, he is fearful of driving so he tries not to go as far as taking highways, and he hates games! The only hobby he was able to share was that he enjoyed watching American shows.
