Kim Ji Won sat down for an interview inside a cafe in Seoul where she reminisced about working with Song Joong Ki in�'Descendents of the Sun'. When asked if she had been aware of the couple's wedding news, she replied, "I found out from reading news articles," and couldn't hide her surprised expression.

She described, "I was the youngest member on set at the time. I happened to be doing my own thing, so I wasn't aware of Song-Song's relationship."

Revealing she had yet to congratulate the couple, Kim Ji Won shared, "I figured they would be receiving a flood of calls and messages, so I haven't contacted them yet. But really, I'm so happy for them and would like to send my congratulations. I think it's a wonderful thing to spend the rest of your life with the person you love. That's something everyone is envious about."

She then added, "I never thought of meeting and dating someone on set. I'm not sure when that time will come."
