Siwan described how it felt to receive a standing ovation for the film 'The Merciless' at the 'Cannes Film Festival'.
It was Siwan's first time walking the red carpet at the event, which held a screening for 'The Merciless' on May 24. He expressed, "I thought about how the stage was prepared all for us and our movie. They prepared it so well, so I naturally thought about how I could repay them. It's in an unfamiliar country and the best festival for moviemakers. It was all new."
The film, which also stars Seol Kyung Gyu, Kim Hee Won, and Jeon Hye Jin, received a standing ovation at its screening, and Siwan shared, "The response was so hot that it made me embarrassed wondering if we deserved such great praise. It was interesting and overwhelming."
