Singers such as Lee Hyori and Rain, as well as entertainers Oh Sang Jin and Lee Sang Min, appeared in the video segment.
Jung Hyung Don, who appeared as a guest on the episode, commented, "I can't believe it's been a decade already. No one wanted to appear on the program in the beginning," Lee Sang Min said, "I think it's a program that led me to live the life I'm living now. I would like to deeply thank 'Radio Star' for that."
Lee Hyori also made a surprise appearance, and shared, "I find the comments a bit weak these days. Perhaps the MCs have become nicer. I look forward to those spiteful moments," coolly critiquing the MCs.
