The caption of the first photo read, "Began filming 'Fabrication' D-DAY", wearing regular clothes while the second one read, "Injured," which was uploaded two hours later.
The photo consisted of the actor dressed in patient's clothing and sporting a band-aid on his face while making a sad expression at the camera.
Seeing this, fans commented, "I can feel your pain," "A scratch on such a pretty face. My heart is torn," "I'm hurt because you're hurt Goong Min oppa," and more, expressing their concerns.

The 'Fabrication' staff later explained, "It was an injury scene from a drama. The photos were posted as a joke. The first scene happened to be an action one, and it went well without any injuries," clarifying the situation.
Meanwhile, Nam Goong Min will be taking on the role of a determined journalist, Han Moo Young, fighting for the truth in new SBS drama 'Fabrication' (also known as 'Manipulate') set to air in July.
