Buddhist rappers go viral performing 'Show Me the Buddha'

Commemorating National Buddha Day on May 3, various online communities are talking about a past video which was posted on YouTube of a group of Buddhist performers known as Buddha Hands Up at the�'Chulga Concert' from last year.


The footage contained a group of Buddhist monks from Dongguk University's 'Baek Sang Won' team rapping to a song called "Show Me the Buddha."

The monks performed to the beat of rapper Gray's hit song "Just Do It," demonstrating impressive beatboxing skills as they grabbed the audience's attention with their meaningful lyrics about life's philosophy and spirituality brightening up the atmosphere.


What especially caught the netizens off-guard were the skills displayed by the Buddhist monks.
