Dara shares about promoting solo without 2NE1 members

In an interview with Ilgan Sports, Dara opened up about going solo. She said, "It's a big change to me. Especially since 2NE1 disbanded and I'm no longer able to promote with my members, I feel that (difference) a lot in even small things. Like the interview today. It always used to be with 4 members but I came alone. In a way, it's something that can be overwhelming to me."

When asked if she feels their emptiness, Dara answered, "I was lonely and sad about a few months ago. I was afraid because I had to do it alone without the leader. I was always hiding behind CL but I believe I'm in the process of changing. I knew a situation like this could occur because we can't always be together to when we're grandmas. Right now, we are promoting separately but I know this is not the end."

Next, Dara is asked if things were different by herself without 2NE1 members when she recently filmed for 'Running Man'.

She answered, "It has become more comfortable, I think because my personality has changed. In the past, I just used to stand next to my members because I was very timid. '2NE1 TV' or a self (recording) programs were okay but I found it very awkward when around a lot of people. But this time, I talked to the camera director first and even showed an ugly side of me. I don't think I'll be shown very pretty but I had fun."
