The Director of Overseas Business who handled Gary Malaysia Tour reached out to allkpop and emphasized that Gary's concert cancellation is irrelevant to his wedding.

The director clarified that the cancellation was due to payment issues and explained, "Ace Music Productions have failed to uphold their promises in the contract in regards to the payment schedule, even after several official warning letters they have failed to do so."

The director also stated that Ace Music Production, "a company that is the transgressor is getting marketing from this debacle when they are the irresponsible company." It's also revealed that another Korean company and artist have been affected by Ace Music Production's violations. 

Lastly, the director stated, "Our artists in Korea are being hurt."
