A netizen claiming to be a fan of the boy group revealed that the customized wristbands s/he gave to Seventeen was regifted to another person. 

It's claimed that the fan saw the customized wristbands on the Instagram of the producer who closely works with Seventeen. The producer posted the photos of the wristband, and wrote, "What I found at the studio... Ha cute boys #Seventeen #Gift"

In response to the netizen's post, Seventeen is gaining great criticism as they were also recently under fire for rudely responding to fans, and referring to them as their bread and butter (income source). Pledis Entertainment has spoken up and emphasized that Seventeen treasures their fans. However, the group is continued to be criticized. Many Carats (Seventeen fans) have even turned their backs on the group.
