A man in his 50's (Mr. A) was sentenced to prison for sexual assault at a sauna.
On February 9, Judge Kim of the Incheon District Court sentenced Mr. A to six months in prison and an additional 40 hours in a sexual abuse rehabilitation program.
The incident occurred back in August 2015 when Mr. A entered the men's lounging area at a sauna in Changwon while wearing a woman's wig and sexually assaulted 36-year-old Mr. B who had been sleeping.
The court stated, "The defendant has been charged for the second time with the same crime. The police investigated and it was discovered that he committed the same crime previously in May 2015."
