YouTube announces the most watched K-Pop MVs and channels with biggest growth in subscribers in 2016

YouTube released an end-of-the-year ranking list for the most watched YouTube videos and largest growth in subscriptions for channels. Let's find out which K-Pop contents were popular in 2016!

YouTube Channels with the most growth in subscribers   

Many of the channels that experienced a huge growth in subscribers had contents that were K-Pop or K-Pop related. '1MILLION Dance Studio' gained the most subscribers this past year and the channel showcased many K-Pop cover dances as well as other original dances: 

'SMTOWN', '1theK', 'BigHit Entertainment' and other K-Pop content channels prove that the genre continues to gain popularity inside and outside of Korea, as 16 of the top 20 YouTube channels feature a majority subscription base who live outside of Korea.
