Boyfriend kidnaps his girlfriend who tries to break-up with him + threatens double suicide

A man who threatened to kill his girlfriend and himself because she wanted to break-up with him, has been arrested. 

A 24-year-old man with the surname, Park, got the news of the break-up from his girlfriend at a cafe on November 9. Upon receiving the news, Park reportedly grabbed his girlfriend, forced her into his car, and drove away, saying, "If you want to break-up with me, you have to go on a goodbye trip with me." He then started to drive while threatening, "I will kill you and then kill myself," while having a knife and two medical syringes in his possession.

The deranged man drove the car with the frightened girlfriend for over 5 hours and continued to threaten her. The victim escaped this life-threatening situation only when she jumped out of the car when it slowed down to pay a toll on the highway. The victim ran to a nearby bus and asked for help, and the police were able to apprehend the man on the spot. 

The police investigators announced, "Park committed a similar crime back on November 8, and he also used a weapon, making this a very serious case."
