ZE:A's contract with Star Empire will be coming to an end in December, so rumors have it that the group plan to depart from the label, ultimately facing disbandment.
On October 20, Star Empire addressed the ongoing speculations, and stated, "ZE:A's contract term with us has yet to end. It's not true that they will be turning into FA's (Free Agents). Currently, we have been discussing the matter over with the members." Star Empire also gave a warning to other labels, stating, "We will take legal action against other agencies who approach our artists during the remaining contract term."
