HyunA opened up about her career, image, and more in 'CeCi' magazine.
During the interview, HyunA was asked about debuting young and carrying out a busy schedule. In regards to these topics, HyunA said, "Group promotions, solo promotions, and also Trouble Maker gave me a lot of opportunities. I didn't want to lose any chances, so I focused and worked hard and that caused time to fly by. But I like being busy. I don't want to let down my fans and staff as well as my parents who always give trust to me, their oldest daughter. The people I need to protect become my motivation."

HyunA was also asked if she ever gets upset by her 'ssen unni' or tough girl image that seems to make her look cold and intimidating. HyunA answered, "Not at all. I'm rather thankful. Doesn't it just mean that I'm focused on my character and held a great performance? It's not because I'm overly confident or proud of myself, but I think you have to be different when working. And I do invest a lot of time in practice to be able to portray myself that way."
