Hwang Chi Yeol will be making a comeback this month!
A rep from the singer's label shared the news by saying, "Hwang Chi Yeol is scheduled to release a project album in mid-October." There's little details on if he'll be promoting this project album on broadcasts, or what concept he'll be taking on for it.
