According to Park Hae Jin's label Mountain Movement, the actor has been making charitable donations toward multiple non-profits in China since 2011. The label revealed that so far, Park Hae Jin has donated around 600 million KRW (~$531,000 USD) and various goods to countless organizations including a children's welfare center in Shanghai.

Park Hae Jin has also donated over 1.1 billion KRW (~$973,577 USD) to organizations within Korea in the past six years, and his charitable donations had made headlines. A rep from the actor's label said, "Park Hae Jin has been donating money in Korea and China for children from impoverished homes who need medical care. He plans to continue donating money in the future."
