She discussed her flower arranging hobby as well as her fitness and eating habits. She also had a lot to say about her usual exercise method - pilates! Jung Hye Sung said, "Through experience, I realized that working out to maintain your health and working out every single day is completely different. I can't help it if I'm filming, but on days that I'm not filming or if I'm on a break, I show up at the pilates studio every day. Each day, I keep a promise with myself."
The actress continued, "After realizing the changes occurring to my body, I couldn't not go. The biggest change is 'balance'. Because I'm left-handed, I wasn't able to use my body's balance, but after taking pilates, I learned how to use and treat my body. It didn't just help me shape my balance, but also my structure and body line. My stomach used to stick out like a tadpole's, but these days my stomach and hips feel tightly packed in. Just breathing correctly does that. The slight misshapenness in my legs went away too. There are a lot of people around me who took up pilates after hearing about it from me."
