Plaintiff A who filed a sexual assault claim against Lee Jin Wook is claiming the reports about her confession are entirely false.
Previously, reports were made stating that the plaintiff has confessed to making false charges against the actor. However, she claimed the complete opposite during an exclusive interview with news outlet The Fact on August 5.
She said, "The truth doesn't change. I can swear my life on this. From the very beginning, I definitely portrayed objection, but it reached to the point where I couldn't resist anymore. Then it led to an undesired sexual intercourse, which later brought much embarrassment to me as a woman."

Plaintiff A also emphasized that she never made any sort of confession, explaining, "I have never confessed. I have not changed the fact that I had an undesired sexual intercourse from the beginning to the end." She explained why she was unable to speak up until now, saying, "It's not that I kept silent. I just didn't have a way to speak up. My lawyer suddenly withdrew during the process, and as a normal (non-celebrity) woman, it's not easy to speak up to the media. I also didn't see the need to justify every single report. I believe in proving the truth through investigation and court ruling."
Lastly, plaintiff A portrayed determination about revealing the truth as she said, "My thoughts have not changed. I will resist from responding to the media and properly participate in the upcoming investigation. However, I did feel the need to clarify false, exaggerated information."
