On June 1, the agency stated, "After what happened early last month, we immediately filed a complaint at the prosecutor's office for defamation of character and interfering with business. Dozens of people, from the media outlet that first spread the rumors and the netizens who made malicious comments, have been charged. We've already sent in the screencaptured evidence and are waiting for the prosecution to start."
Previously, sexually explicit images and videos of two people who were alleged to be Ga In and Joo Ji Hoon were spread online. Their agencies quickly shut the rumors down, but it seems they caused enough damage.
Joo Ji Hoon's agency Keyeast Entertainment also commented, "We've received apologies and corrected reports from the media outlets, and we'll respond with that consideration. We plan to respond in a way that won't let someone suffer this kind of harm because he's famous. However, we're still considering how we'll respond."
