The similarity is...uncanny. 
IOI visited the set of 'Unnies' Slam Dunk' for the show's May 13 broadcast in order to give the cast members some advice on how to be a proper girl group.

During IOI's visit, actress Ra Mi Ran pointed out Yoo Yeon Jung and said, "People say I look like her," making everyone burst into laughter.
Yoo Yeon Jung acknowledged the similarity in their appearance, adding, "I first learned of our [similar features] through TV, and now my parents know, too. My parents are the first to react when there's a mention of Ra Mi Ran."
