Talented singer Yoo Sung Eun appeared on KBS 2TV's 'Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook' on April 8, where she performed Crush's "Sometimes" to huge applause.
She was asked by Yoo Hee Yeol, "What comments do you wish people would leave after listening to this song?" and she replied, "Girl crush, or even talk that I'm the female Zion.T, and I even wish there were predictive comments like 'I think she will succeed in the future.'"
When she released her mini-album last year, she had to quickly stop her promotions due to vocal cord nodules. She relayed how upsetting that had been for her, stating, "From the first broadcast, I hit the wrong note. I was very upset that I was unable to let people listen to a good song. I could think of it as an experience in the life of a singer, but it was an extremely sad and upsetting time period. I've recovered completely now," and earned applause.

Regarding her ideal type, she said interestingly, "I like someone who looks wild," then quickly added, "However, he has to be someone who is courteous to elders and polite. My ideal type is someone who is different from how he looks," causing laughter.
When asked if she had ever sung for her boyfriend through the phone, she revealed that she has. Then, she and Yoo Hee Yeol proceeded to act out the scene with her singing to him with her soothing vocals Yoo Jae Ha's "Because I Love You." She then chose Zion.T's "No Makeup" as the song she would like to hear from her boyfriend. She added, "In particular, the lyrics that says, 'Do not worry about your weight,' really consoles me," to everyone's amusement.
She also sang a new song that she had not released yet, trying out a new genre through hip hop rather than her usual R&B. She also revealed she recently collaborated with Kisum, stating, "I'm not good at having fun on stage or eliciting responses on stage, but Kisum is so good at playing on stage, that I think I could learn from her if we do it together."
