It seems Moon Geun Young's learned a thing or two about herself on her recent journey to Africa for volunteer work.
The actress shared a picture of her interacting with some locals in Africa and wrote, "I'm back in one piece from my travels. When faced with such an innocent gaze and a pure soul, I became ashamed of the way I've lived so far. Any my heart ached knowing that nothing I can do will help these people."

Moon Geun Young continued, "I plan to search for way to improve their lives. That they'll become healthier. Even the smallest of interest from you can be a big help to them. Please help protect the bright smiles of these kids. I ask that you take even the tiniest interest."
