Kyunghee University
Kyunghee University is launching the Global Collaborative Summer Program this summer. This will be their 10th summer program and it's already become a global education program with around 500 foreign students from 30 countries participating every year.
Not only will students be able to study under the guidance from successful professors and world leaders but they will also participate in fun and exciting Korean culture week during which they can explore and learn more about the country through various class trips.
"The Global Collaborative Summer Program was established through an institutional agreement between Kyung Hee University and the University of Pennsylvania and was later supported by other prestigious universities as well as international organizations such as the United Nations."
Some activities include riding the Han River cruise, visiting a folk village, and an opportunity to visit the DMZ/JSA area between North and South Korea. Plus, you will be guided to Korea Broadcasting companies and attend a Kpop music program where you might have the rare opportunity to meet with idols who graduated from Kyunghee University! Not only that, for those who are interested in working in Korea, they will provide internship opportunities at Korean companies and NGO organizations.
Partial classes on international affairs are also opened for general civilians so you can have a great experience with a variety of people.
This program will be held from July 4 to July 22. The deadline to apply to Global Collaborative Summer Program at their homepage is April 30, 2016.
