I found it hard to believe when I first heard of the news that a political party will be using 'Produce 101's "Pick Me" as the official campaign song.

But then I thought about it, and found that it made perfect sense because after all, the song is titled "Pick Me"--you can't get any more direct than that. The conservative Saenuri Party is getting either really desperate or really creative with their campaigns... I can't quite pinpoint it. But if they're hoping to use pop culture to impel younger voters to the polls, then well, more power to them. In any case, nothing's cuter than watching a bunch of elderly folk try to pick up a dance... right?
