The police have arrested a parcel delivery man for murdering a karaoke employee after the two engaged in sex.
The Gyeyang Police Station in Incheon stated on March 22, "We have arrested a 48-year-old man for strangling a 45-year-old karaoke worker to death at a motel in Wanggil-dong, Seo-gu last month at about 1 PM on February 27."

During the investigation, the man had said, "After sex, she had said something sexually insulting, so I became angry. I strangled her throat with a cord connected to the electric pad."
An analysis of the CCTV footage shows the man carrying out the victim's body from a motel at around 6:42 AM that day and putting her into his delivery vehicle after which he drove to his company in central Incheon. After doing his work in the car up to 4 PM that day, he abandoned the body at an agricultural waterway at around 11 PM.
He was arrested by police on March 21 and, after close interrogation, the police confirmed the body's location on March 22. The police stated, "After finding the exact cause of death through an autopsy request to the National Forensic Service, we will do additional investigations into the exact details of his crime."
