According to a recent report by Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), the North Korean state press, the North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un is setting the gears in motion for more streamlined, efficient approach to nuclear attacks.
Kim was said to have claimed, "We have to ready ourselves to push robustly onward with the various means of initiating nuclear attacks against our enemies on ground, in air, at sea, underwater, and even at random locations."
After observing the training site for the launching of ballistic rockets, the Supreme Leader, reportedly urged, "We must continue the nuclear bomb testings in order to determine the might of and to raise the capacity of nuclear attacks of these newly researched and developed warheads."
The KCNA did not report on the specifics of how and when Kim Jong Un visited the training sites; however, it's safe to surmise that the Supreme Leader is still in the process of developing the perfect missiles that he may one day launch.
The state run outlet DPRK Today also stated that they could wipe out Manhattan. They issued the following statement, "Our hydrogen bomb is much bigger than the one developed by the Soviet Union... If this H-bomb were to be mounted on an intercontinental ballistic missile and fall on Manhattan in New York City, all the people there would be killed immediately and the city would burn down to ashes."
