According to various media sources, Kim So Yeon renewed her contract with Namoo Actors, deciding to stay at the label rather than look for another one.
One entertainment insider stated, "Recently, Kim So Yeon renewed her exclusive contract with the us, proving herself to be loyal partner to us." Namoo Actors confirmed this statement, saying, "It's true that Kim So Yeon renewed her contract. With Kim So Yeon, we maintain an ideal relationship based on trust and mutual respect. We will continue to actively support Kim So Yeon's activities."
