If there was an Olympic competition held for empty threats, then North Korea would win so many gold medals.

That's how much of a joke North Korea is to people--besides the Western media of course, which always seems to demonize the dictatorship out of proportion (a joke in and of itself that amuses me to no end). And frankly, people in South Korea couldn't give two hoots about North Korea and all its little ruses and shiny toys.
